Updated Information Forms are a MUST

It is a truly frightening thing when a child becomes ill and a parent can not be reached.  It is equally frightening when a child has been left at the center, and the staff can not reach anyone on the contact list.

This has occurred far too many times because parents do not keep their contact information up to date with us.  If you move, change phone numbers, change jobs, etc... we ask that you please update your records with us.
